CHINO (CBSLA.com) — Nearly 4,000 people are expected to show up in Chino this weekend to help in the fight against cancer.
The 24-hour American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Chino, which starts at 9 a.m. Saturday in Ayala Park, gives hope to those with cancer and raises money for research and treatment.
The family event allows teams to camp out on-site and provides entertainment, games, food and other activities.
All proceeds from the event directly benefit those suffering from cancer in the community.
