Here's more Jared Cook hype, which I can't get enough of. This comes from NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, who has been at Rams camp and wrote an observation column today. He wrote that Cook and quarterback Sam Bradford have "already connected endlessly in camp, making one believe he'll serve as Bradford's security blanket like Danny Amendola was in 2012. What the coaches also like is that when Bradford throws it, Cook catches it."
Fantasy Analysis:
Cook is still a huge steal in drafts, going after Antonio Gates and Greg Olsen on average. I want to believe that people will smarten up and cause his ADP to ascend, but if I can select Cook in the ninth round, I will take him every day. I'll restate my philosophy on tight end this year. If I miss out on Jimmy Graham and Vernon Davis -- and I most likely will, because I don't like paying a premium on tight end -- I will wait until the middle rounds to target Cook.
